Swiss Made
Concept to product
made in the swiss alps
For more than 60 years, Fritschi Swiss Bindings has been at the forefront of technological innovation in the ski touring binding market. The quality products are developed and manufactured entirely in the Jungfrau-Aletsch UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site in the heart of the Swiss Alps
Our concern
The starting point is the wide range of customer requirements with the aim of combining the best for the world of the ascent and the world of the descent: light weight and comfort on the ascent and the safety and performance of an alpine binding on the descent.
The high-tech ski touring bindings from Fritschi meet these requirements on every ski tour.
Know-How
In Reichenbach in the Bernese Oberland, a team of 35 employees develops and produces ski touring bindings of the highest functionality and quality with great dedication. The high-tech products are distributed worldwide via the company's own sales and service network. Founded in 1960 by Albert Fritschi as a shop for the construction of apparatuses and prototypes, the company focused on ski binding construction at the end of the 1970s under the leadership of brothers Andreas and Christian Fritschi and has been a member of the Nordeck Group since 2009 as part of a succession plan.
Manufactory
The individual parts are produced almost entirely by specialized companies in Switzerland using carbon and glass fibre-reinforced plastics and high-quality light metals in an environmentally friendly manner and then assembled in Reichenbach im Kandertal by nimble hands with precision, part by part, to create a high-quality product.

UNESCO World Heritage Swiss Alps
The UNESCO World Heritage Swiss Alps Jungfrau-Aletsch Site in which our company is located, are considered to be one of the most spectacular mountain landscapes in the Alps, particularly because of the impressive mountain range of which they are made up. With a total area of 824 km2, the Jungfrau-Aletsch site covers almost all of the Bernese Alps with its monumental rock massifs that extend over the singing territory of Bern and Valais. It represents the wonderful natural beauty of the Alps. The centre is formed by the powerful rocky massif of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau and the glacial landscape around the great Aletsch glacier.
